- 收集客户质量标准特殊质量要求，准确传达客户需求并组织内部导入；
-负责客户端异常问题的接收及确认，异常品质客户投诉的处理；
-主导项目质量追溯，安排协调责任部门排查异常原因；
-负责零公里、售后质量问题、客户端抱怨，在处理时效内整理制作并提供8D分析改善报告，提供客户；
-确保纠正与预防措施的有效实施，跟进异常改善对策的落地执行；
-制程生产异常问题的处理，判定处理方式，风险评估；
-客户月度与年度报告；
-按客户要求内部提交出厂报告、产品审核报告、问题清单并跟踪关闭；
-质量问题引发的客户现场出差、客户到访接待；
-日常维护内外部客户质量问题清单或系统。
-上级领导和研发、生产等其他部门提出的需求与客户沟通或支持的相关事宜。
- 【任职要求】
- 拥有机械工程、汽车工程或相关领域的学士学位；本科学历优先考虑。
- 至少3年以上汽车行业质量从事作经验，熟悉ISO/TS 16949等国际质量管理体系标准。
- 具备良好的数据分析能力，能够通过数据驱动决策。
- 强大的沟通协调能力和团队领导力，能够在跨文化环境中有效工作。
- 对汽车制造流程、质量控制技术有深入理解，能够快速识别和解决质量问题。
