About the Job
• Familiar with manufacture variance, such as absorption variance, purchase price variance, material use variance, understhow to calculate how to review;
• Review labcost of DL IDL by payroll category, OT pay % of total pay, check movements of headcount, compare actual of labcost per head, labcost per hour vs budget forecast; dig out root cause of big flux;
• Prepare variable cost by cost center actual vs forecast make comments on big amount;
• Review fixed overhead by cost center actual vs forecast make comments down to account level with proper analysis;
• Compare earn hours vs attendance hours, compare actual production volume vs forecast volume;
• Track Utilities fee, dormitory, canteen fee other plant maintenance;
• UnderstE&O report prepare E&O reserve monthly, work with business team to input proper reason;
• Calculate LCM, capitalized variance amortized variance, make properly bookkeep of entries;
• Review revenue cogs recognition proper record monthly;
• Understhow to prepare annual plan quarterly forecast;
• Perform plant cost saving report;
• Trace actual data vs plant KPI to meet target;
• Ad hoc assignment
About You
Bacheluniversity degree
Preferred in Finance, Accounting, related field
MBA preferred
Experience:
Five years of experience
Knowledge of manufacturing manufacturing cost analysis
Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
Advanced knowledge in MS Office
Strong analytical skills， fluent English
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Progress towards CPA preferred
