分析生产规范和工厂产能；进行数学计算，确定所需的工艺、工具、材料和人力。提出改进建议，以确保生产目标能够实现或得到提升。（35%）
审查和监控生产变更，确保制造目标得以实现。（10%）
参与跨职能团队，以理解生产需求。（5%）

关于你（About you）
本科或大学学历
2至5年相关工作经验
具备生产计划知识
有全球制造企业工作经验者优先
精通 MS Office，熟悉acle （必须）和 SAP
流利的英文能力
具备较强的分析能力
具备良好的沟通能力
About the job:
• Creates complex production schedules that support the manufacturing process. Analyzes current production schedules to identify gaps areas of opportunity. Creates, tracks, reports on the current production schedules.
• Develops production schedules fmanufacturing. Creates schedule according to established manufacturing customer demands. (50%)
• Analyzes production specifications, plant capacity; performs mathematical calculations, determines processes, tools, materials labrequirements. Recommends changes to ensure production goals are met can be improved. (35%)
• Reviews monitors production changes to ensure that manufacturing goals are met. (10%)
• Participates on cross-functional teams to understproduction needs. (5%)
• Other duties as assigned.
About you:
• Bacheluniversity degree
• Two to five years of experience
• Knowledge of production planning
• Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office,acle (must)& SAP
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to details
