3.精通触控调试：熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪、触控测试治具、高低温箱；能独立完成触控固件参数调参、驱动 Debug，解决跳点、ESD 干扰、防水、低温失灵等典型问题。
4.硬件基础扎实：看懂原理图、PCB Layout，熟悉 I2C/SPI/UART 通信、模拟 / 数字电路、ESD 防护设计；会使用万用表、二次元、膜厚仪、阻抗测试仪等设备。
5.软件基础：掌握 C 语言基础，了解 ARM MCU、Android/Linux 触控驱动框架，有高通 / MTK / 展锐平台调试经验优先；熟悉汇顶、FT、敦泰、联咏任一触控 IC 平台优先。
6.熟悉触控行业标准、可靠性测试规范，能独立输出 8D 不良分析报告、DOE 验证报告。
