具体岗位职责：
1. 负责Android应用的开发和维护。
2. 负责Androld 系统ROM的功能开发和系统裁剪。
3. 针对不同系统版本和平台进行系统功能的定制和移植，以及常用外设驱动开发。
4. 修改和定制 Android Framework,为App 应用层提供支持。
5. 攻关开发难点并提出解决方案，跟踪技术发展方向。
6. 深入分析问题形成机制，持续优化 Android ROM相关子系统。
7. 负责特定硬件的Android系统定制和移植工作。
8. 修改和优化 Android ROM以满足特定需求。
任职要求：
1. 良好的Java/C++语言基础，熟悉常用数据结构和算法，熟悉设计模式；
2. 熟悉Android应用开发，具有开发过完整Android应用的经历；
3. 熟悉Android基础架构、组件、UI、性能优化、内存优化等，并且对于android的新版本新特性有一定程度的了解；
4. 有编译/开发过AOSP（Android Open Source Project）源码；
5. 能对源码进行定制/剪裁，修改和定制 Android Framework，为 App 应用层提供支持；
6. 能做到针对不同系统和平台的 Android 系统定制和移植，以及常用外设驱动开发；
7. 熟练使用Android各种开发调试工具，具备良好的分析解决问题能力，能独立承担任务和有系统进度把控能力；
8. 具备良好的团队精神和沟通意识，责任心强，工作认真细致，有良好的抗压能力；
9. 有过flutter等跨平台开发经验的优先。
10、有过鸿蒙OS开发经验的优先。
