3．熟练掌握Redis/TUXEDO/CICS/WebSphere/ESB/MQ等中间件产品其一，熟悉基于其中一种中间件产品的应用程序开发、部署及维护；
4．具备对中小型应用系统进行性能优化和故障诊断能力；
