岗位职责：
1、负责券商自营条线的资产负债（ALM）的研发工作；
2、参与需求分析，编写架构设计、概要设计、详细设计文档；
3、根据需求或项目的具体要求，承担开发任务，按计划完成任务目标；
4、完成需求或项目编码、单元测试，并对代码质量负责
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机类相关专业，5年以上Java开发经验；
2、有金融领域核算、资产负债、成本分摊、FTP、司库相关项目或领域开发经验；
2、精通Java、Python等开发语言，熟悉Java EE开发相关技术，MVC 架构模式和J2EE设计模式；
3、熟练使用Spring MVC,Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis等开源框架；
4、熟悉Oracle、Mysql关系型数据库的设计和使用，精通SQL语言；
5、熟悉Tomcat、Nginx、K8S等开源服务器配置和应用部署；
7、有责任心，善于分析和思考问题，有一定的抗压能力；
8、具有良好沟通与协调能力，有较强自我学习能力；
8、具有全栈开发经验优先，具有证券、基金、信托、银行、保险等金融行业经验优先。
