岗位职责
1、负责股票交易PC 端软件的需求分析、架构设计、模块开发与迭代优化，确保系统高性能、低延迟、高可靠性。
2、基于Qt 框架（QML/Qt Widgets）开发跨平台（Windows/Linux）桌面应用，实现行情展示、交易下单、资产查询等核心功能。
3、对接券商/期货公司交易接口（如 CTP 等），完成行情数据接收、订单管理与风控逻辑的开发与调试。
4、参与代码评审、技术文档编写，协助测试团队进行系统测试与性能调优。
5、跟踪行业技术趋势，持续提升软件的用户体验与稳定性。
技术要求
1、精通 C/C++，掌握面向对象设计、数据结构与算法，具备多线程、网络编程经验。
2、熟练掌握 Qt 核心模块（信号槽、事件模型、模型/视图）、QML 或 Qt Widgets 界面开发，有自定义控件、跨平台部署经验
。
3、了解股票/期货交易流程、行情协议（如 FIX、CTP）、风控规则，有金融软件开发经验者优先。
4、熟悉 Linux/Windows 开发环境，掌握 Git、SQLite/MySQL 等数据库操作，具备性能分析与调试能力。
5、有量化交易系统、K 线图表、高频数据渲染等开发经验优先。
6、有产品经理思维，能通过用户访谈、数据分析等方式理解投资者需求，定义产品功能与交互流程，具备同理心与批判性思维。
7、本科及以上学历，计算机、金融工程等相关专业。
8、5年及以上QT开发经验。
