Duties responsibilities职责和责任:
1. Support customer via hotline, Remote Service, Wechat to solve machine problems.
通过服务热线、微信平台等给客户提供支持，解决机械设备的问题。
2. Support service engineers in terms of mechanical problems.
支持服务工程师团队解决机械方面的问题。
3. Troubleshooting maintenance of corrugated machines at customer site
在客户处维修维护瓦楞机械设备
4. Advising / recommendation on spare parts, maintenance other service products to customer.
给客户提供备件，维护或其他服务产品的建议或意见
5. Train customer regarding operation, maintenance spare parts knowledge.
培训客户操作，维护设备以及相关的备件知识
6. Support BHS internal staff on service daily business, such as spare parts issue, machine problem advice, upgrade so on.
支持BHS内部员工的日常工作，例如：备件信息，解决机器问题的建议。
7. Prepare report according to department regulations.
根据部门规定撰写相应报告
8. Maintain customer relationship
维护客户关系
9. Other duties tasks assigned by supervisor
完成主管安排的其他任务和工作
Requirements任职要求:
1. Mechanical engineering background, college above.
机械工程学背景，大专以上学历。
2. 3 years above field experience of on-site installation/maintenance/troubleshooting to heavy duty machines in multi-national company.
3年以上现场维修维护重型机械的经验。
3. Be able to work under pressure, committed, dedicated conscientious。
能够在压力下工作，忠诚，敬业，有责任心。
4. Willing to travel
愿意经常出差。
5. Good communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
6. Good English spoken written.
良好的英文水平（书面、口语）
7. Open mind team work.
思维活跃且具有团队意识。
8. Obey 5S rules during work.
