职责和责任 Duties responsibilities:
1. 检查和批准物料需求计划的结果。
Check approve MRP results.
2. 基于物料需求计划的结果释放采购需求。
Release purchase requisitions based on MRP results.
3. 每天检查采购需求并及时下订单。
Check the pur. Req. everyday place ander in time.
4. 下系统外的订单并协商交货日期。
Place theder fout of system negotiate the best delivery date.
5. 与供应商协调跟进缺件。
Follow-up missing parts in coordination with suppliers.
6. 下达和处理制造订单，及时发现生产能力的风险。
Issue process manufacturingders pick up the risk of production capacities in time.
7. 在计划和生产之间建立信息流，告知缺少的资源(如零件、产能)。
Establish information flow between planning production inder to inform about missing resources (e.g. parts, capacities).
8. 及时传递看板零件生产订单。
Transfer KANBAN parts pro.ord on time.
9. 隔离没有完全交货的生产工单。
Separate the pro.ord when supplier not completely delivery.
10. 检查订单的合理性，如交期、数量。
Check theder applicable, like lead time, qty.
11. 密切跟踪订单并及时引导供应商和内部生产及时交货。
Follow theder closely lead supplier & inner production delivery just in time.
12. 在发现交付风险时，避免延误，及时将信息传递给PPL主管。
Avoid the delay pass the information to PPL Supervisin time when find delivery risk.
13. 每月收集供应商准时交货数据。
Collect the data of on time delivery of supplier every month.
14. 在系统里维护供应商信息、报价等。
Maintain supplier information, quotations, etc. in the system.
15. 月度盘点库存物资，保证帐实相符。
Monthly inventory, make sure the account is consistent.
任职要求 Requirement:
1. 大专及以上学历，物流专业或相似专业。
College degree above, majin logistics similar.
2. 熟悉Excel，有ERP操作背景。
Familiar with Excel, background with ERP.
3. 有计划、采购、仓库、U8或SAP操作管理经验更佳。
Experience in planning、purchasing、warehouse、U8 SAP is better.
4. 必须注重细节。
Must pay attention to details.
5. 团队合作，解决问题为导向。
Solutioniented, loved to work in a team.
6. 较强的工作责任心。
Strong sense of responsibility.
7. 具备沟通协调能力。
Good communication coordination skills.
