1、负责对供方的交付质量进行统计、监控、反馈和报告；
2、负责来料异常的快速反应，组织解决和质量改进跟踪，对供方进行绩效评价和相应辅导；
3、负责供应商定点，根据新项目开发需求，参与供应商考核和评审，供方APQP和PPAP的跟踪、评审和批准；
4、负责组织供方的定期评审和飞行审核，协助供方现场审核不符合的改善，必要时提供相关培训；
5、负责原材料物料标准的会审，与供方拉通标准；
6、负责策划及实施供方品质改进活动；
7、协助供应链监督供方变更流程。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，理工类专业，电子信息工程，通信工程，电力电子等相关专业；
2、3年以上供应商管理经验，熟悉外购设备件、钣金结构件、PCBA电子料任一物料品类，熟悉供应商引入、过程审核和日常管理；
3、充分了解ISO9001体系的要求，可独立完成供应商制程审核，熟练掌握五大工具；
4、有较强的沟通能力和抗压能力，能够高效的处理供应商来料异常。
