岗位职责:
1、分析产品在设计、验证、生产和客户使用过程中出现的故障，找出根本原因，并提出改进建议；
2、准备详细的故障分析报告，记录分析过程和结果，并与客户或内部团队沟通解决方案。
3、为设计、质量、维修和生产团队提供技术支持，协助解决产品故障问题。
4、产品（PCBA/电路板组件）的维修、返修等工作，写出维修、返修报告，产品故障、不良产品处理;
5、培训维修技术人员故障分析技术和设备操作。

任职要求:
1、大专以上学历，应用电子技术等相关专业；5年以上电子，电源产品维修经验;
2、具备良好的数字电路，模拟电路分析基础，熟练掌握电子元器件的功能，具有绘制电路图的能力，并且熟练示波器和烙铁，烘抢等的操作;
3、能熟练焊接电路板，更换芯片等，对电源等配件维修有一定了解;
4、动手能力强，思路清晰，具备独立的分析能力及维修改善闭环能力;
5、较高的敏感度及问题分析判断能力，具有很强的工作配合精神。
