2、负责按比质、比价、公开的原则组织选择合格供应商，降低采购成本和采购周期；
3、负责对采购工作进行统筹策划，合理控制采购进度，减少存货周转天数，降低库存成本；
4、负责采购招标及重大采购合同评审工作，组织建立合同台账，并对合同执行情况进行监督；
5、定期、准确向上级领导和相关部门提供有关物资的市场现状、库存现状和有关数据信息。
6、负责协助制定和报批采购计划、资金计划。
7、负责签订和履行采购合同，办理履行合同的各种手续、并管理合同档案，完成采购台账记录。负责跟踪采购物料到货、入库、使用及库存情况。
岗位要求：
1、中医药专业优先，熟悉各类中医药材，中医药、医疗相关岗位采购管理经验3年以上；
2、精通中医药采购原理及成本控制，具备优秀的合同谈判和签约能力，良好的决策判断能力和计划组织能力。
