4. 设备与参数管理：监控关键设备（如回流焊炉、AOI、测试治具）参数与状态，确保制程稳定。
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历，电子、机械、自动化等相关专业。
2. 3年以上电子制造业（PCBA/硬件产品）PE或制程质量经验，熟悉SMT工艺及IPC标准。
3. 具备优秀的数据分析能力，能使用工具进行统计并编制报告。
4. 思维严谨，责任心强，具备出色的跨部门沟通与问题解决能力。
