1. 负责 Android 车载系统中的语音识别模块开发与优化，包括本地关键词唤醒（KWS）、离线ASR、命令词识别等；
2. 基于常用开源语音识别模型（如 DeepSpeech、Wav2Vec2、Conformer、Whisper 等）进行训练、剪枝、量化和优化；
3. 负责高通平台（如 QCS8155 / QCM6490）上模型的部署与推理优化，熟练使用 SNPE 工具链进行模型转换与性能调优；
4. 支持与业务逻辑、UI、唤醒模块的集成开发，完成语音链路在 Android 系统中的端到端部署；
5. 参与语音数据采集、标注、评估体系建设，优化识别精度和响应时延；
6. 跟进行业前沿技术，将优秀的语音模型快速落地到车载系统中。
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、声学、电子信息等相关专业；
2. 3年以上语音识别相关研发经验，熟悉常用语音识别模型结构与推理流程；
3. 熟悉至少一种主流开源语音识别框架（如 Kaldi、ESPnet、Fairseq、Transformers、OpenAI Whisper 等）；
4. 熟悉模型优化方法，如模型剪枝、量化（int8/fp16）、ONNX 导出与推理优化；
5. 熟练使用高通 SNPE 工具链，具备在 DSP/NPU 上部署语音模型的实战经验；
6. 熟悉 Android 系统音频架构（如 Audio HAL、AudioFlinger、AIDL Service）和语音链路部署；
7. 具备良好的代码能力（Python / C++ / Java），能快速定位并解决语音相关问题；
8. 有较强的学习能力、沟通能力与项目协作经验。
