1、按计划需求，结合交付策略管理订单分配及下单，跟进供应商侧备料及生产排产；
2、分析供应商的实际供应能力，结合物料需求特点，制定订单策略、提货策略等，管理订单执行过程，确保物料供应可持续性及安全性；
3、识别到交付业务过程中的痛点，从流程/规则、系统工具层面提出有效的解决对策，并能落地，提高整体的交付业务水平；
4、负责冗余订单与呆滞物料的消耗处理，加强计划和供应商管理，控制来料，提升公司运营效率；
5、按供应商交付维度绩效考核规则，对供应商做评价，并辅导供应商提高交付能力；
6、负责科室内部分工与异常处理，制定、培训、考核本科室的绩效管理制度，上传下达各项要求。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，有5年以上生产类采购交付相关经验者（其中车载经验超过2年），负责带过小型团队者优先；
2、熟悉从需求到付款全业务流，熟悉生产类需求计划、生产计划和采购计划逻辑，有PMC计划经验或S&OP计划经验者优先；
3、具备较强的流程思维和意识，有流程设计和搭建、系统工具设计相关的经验者优先；
4、具备较强的问题分析和解决能力，具备突出的跨部门沟通协作能力，抗压能力强，能够带领他人快速适应并上手新的挑战。
