工作职责:
1）过程质量控制（新品/量产品）
（1）收集新品试产和量产品过程质量问题；
（2）监督生产过程各类表单、体系要求执行情况；
（3）负责管理监督产品的形成过程中工艺参数、人员、设备、材料、加工测试方法和环境等的控制和标准执行的有效性；
（4）负责对制程异常问题提出、原因分析的跟进及验证改善效果
（5）围绕KPI考核指标的达成情况展开相关质量控制活动；
2）现场改善管理：
（1）主导量产后现场基层管理人员及员工的现场改善活动的计划、实施及推动。
（2）配合科室，制定年初的各项改善活动计划及后期的落地工作跟踪。
3）客户审核管理：
（1）负责客户审核前的资料准备及现场准备确认。
（2）协助上级领导负责量产品生产过程的内外部审核。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，质量管理、电子信息工程、电气工程及其自动化类相关专业，英语四级或以上
2、熟悉汽车电子装联行业相关标准，并清楚质量管控要点。
3、熟悉电路图原理知识，及电子元件原理。熟悉SMT、产品总装相关工艺参数及工艺流程。
3、具备一定的产品分析能力及现场异常处理能力，熟悉APQP、PPAP、FMEA等五大手册；了解日系、美系、欧系等客户的特殊要求；
4、熟悉质量体系运作，能编写质量体系文件，文字组织及表达能力强；
5、英语读写熟练；
6、办公软件熟练使用；
7、具有良好的团队管理能力；具备良好的语言表达能力；具有强烈的责任心、事业心，具备独立解决问题的能力；具有很强的抗压能力，敢于接受新挑战。
