Job Purpose
We are recruiting a Procurement Manager (Sales & Marketing) to lead strategic sourcing initiatives fmarketing sales-related expenditures, including promotional materials, advertising campaigns, event activations. This role drives cost efficiency, supplier innovation, risk mitigation to support the growth of our brands (金像, 美玫, 刀唛, AXE斧头牌, etc.), while ensuring 100% compliance protecting brvalue across the FMCG portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing strategy development execution
(1) Responsible on sourcing strategy development on marketing sales related category
(2) Responsible on strategy execution including market research, supplier introduction, screening, negotiation, contract, KPI setting performance review
(3) Consistently understinternal needs external dynamics to provide robust sourcing strategy
(4) Lead a small team to manage other big spending in-direct category
2. Cross function collaboration
(1) Closely work with Marketing Sales to meet internal stakeholder needs
(2) Drive cross function working procedure development to standardize regular operation
(3) Drive digitalization to manage the whole portfolio
3. Productivity improvement
(1) Enhance supply pool to deliver cost reduction efficiency improvement via strategy execution
(2) Apply appropriate buying tool to drive competition
(3) With regular KPI review, identify capture the saving opportunity
4. Risk management
(1) Address potential risk to protect brvalue
(2) 100% compliance

Jobholder Requirements
1. Bacheldegree min. (must)
2. ＞8 years of relation working experiences (marketing sales are must)
3. FMCG industry experience (must)
4. Proven success in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier management
5. Experience from digital media sales management is required
6. Strong data analysis skills
7. Have good resource on marketing sales in GuangDong region
8. Risk management expertise (compliance, supply chain due diligence).
