2. 快速响应并高效处理员工终端类故障报修，独立完成操作系统、办公软件、网络连接及外设类问题的诊断与修复。
3. 维护终端设备资产台账，定期执行系统补丁更新、终端安全防护（含防病毒、漏洞加固）及关键数据备份工作。
4. 协同IT团队落实终端安全管理制度，提供标准化桌面运维支持、技术咨询及基础培训服务。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、信息管理、网络工程或相关专业；具备1–2年桌面运维或IT支持类岗位实际工作经验。
2. 熟练掌握Windows操作系统及Microsoft Office套件的安装、配置与故障处理；具备常见终端硬件（PC、打印机、视频会议终端等）检测与维护能力。
3. 具备终端类故障快速定位与解决能力；了解TCP/IP基础网络原理、常见网络故障排查方法及终端安全防护基本要求。
4. 熟悉Active Directory域环境管理、桌面镜像部署及标准化运维流程；掌握PowerShell、PDQ Deploy、SCCM或类似运维工具者优先。
5. 工作严谨负责，具备良好的服务意识、跨部门沟通协调能力及突发事件应急响应能力。
