一、岗位描述
1)负责物流部日常管控，保障物流工作有序推进，达成交付准时率、超额运费控制、库存周转率等部门KPI。
2)精准解读客户订单需求，与客户订单采购员保持良性沟通，及时识别订单量大幅波动风险；
3)协同生产部参与生产计划排产，协调解决成品交付相关问题，确保物料及时供应、成品按时交付，规避订单延误风险。
4)具备第三方仓库筛选、评估等管理能力，处理物料丢失、交付延迟等异常。
5)独立完成供应商批量采购订单的下发与审核，建立催货机制、跟踪物料到料进度，解决交货延迟、短缺等异常，控制采购量、降低物料库存。
6)熟悉零部件存储标准、出入库流程、库存盘点、账实核对及仓库安全管理，优化布局，提升仓储作业效率，减少库存积压与物料损耗。

二、岗位要求
1) 30-45岁，5年以上汽车零部件行业物流相关经验，3年以上物流管理经验。
2)本科及以上学历，供应链、物流、工商等相关专业。
3)具备英语沟通能力，可对接国外客户及供应商、处理国外订单和报关。
4)熟练用友U8、Excel等办公软件，分析物流数据，挖掘问题并提出改进。
5)掌握IATF16949等相关知识，确保物流环节符合体系要求。
6)具备极强的团队管理、跨部门沟通及应急处理能力
