1. 参与实施、搭建、维护及优化公司质量管理体系，确保体系符合 NMPA 法规、ISO13485 标准，保障质量管理体系合规运行；
2. 参与公司内部审核和外部审核工作，对发现的不符合项提出整改和意见，协助组织相关部门进行整改，并跟踪实施情况；
3. 负责审核对质量相关文件进行归档、复制、分发、撤销等文件管理工作；
4. 领导交代的其他临时性工作；
任职要求：
（一）工作经验
1. 1~3 年医疗器械生产企业 QA 质量管理体系相关工作经验；
2. 参与过 ISO13485 体系维护、内部审核或外部审核配合工作者优先；
3. 有医疗器械设计开发、生产过程质量体系相关执行经验者优先；
（二）专业技能与知识
1. 熟悉 ISO13485:2016 标准、医疗器械生产质量管理规范（GMP）及 NMPA 核心法规（《医疗器械监督管理条例》等），了解行业基础合规要求；
2. 熟悉医疗器械风险管理、产品设计开发控制、不合格品控制、产品追溯等核心流程的基础逻辑；
3. 具备协助编制、修订医疗器械体系文件（作业指导书、记录表单、DHF/DMR/DHR 辅助归档）的能力；
4. 熟悉内部审核基本流程，能协助制定审核计划、编写检查表，独立完成审核记录与初步报告；
5. 了解医疗器械行业特定要求：如洁净室管理基础、设备验证（IQ/OQ/PQ）流程、标签说明书合规性基本要求；
