5）负责住宅 / 商业项目机电全周期管理，审核施工组织设计、安全方案、开工报告及方案变更。
6）参加项目例会、监理例会，协调解决技术、安全、质量问题，提供指导并监督落实。
7）主导机电专业竣工验收，统筹园林市政、公共装修施工安全管理。
任职要求
1）8 年以上甲方开发项目安全管理经验，熟悉项目全流程及多方协同。
2）具备安全体系搭建、报监报建、方案审核、风险管控能力。
3）5 年以上住宅 / 商业机电全周期管理经验，熟悉机电施工要点。
4）原则性强，甲方现场管控经验丰富，执行力强。
5）持有安全生产考核合格证书 B 证 / C3 证，一建 / 二建建造师优先。
