1. 从事酒店核心业务系统的需求研发，负责主要模块或系统的核心代码的编写实现；

2. 负责日常的系统维护，疑难问题的技术攻关和解决，核心系统的优化和重构；

3. 参与后端架构的设计与开发工作，保证系统的稳定性与扩展性；

4. 参与系统调研、业务梳理，进行系统分析、领域建模、系统分层、关键构件以及接口设计；

5. 制定一些技术标准，编写相应的营销业务规范文档，提升业务复用能力；

6. 能够为团队引入创新的技术、创新的解决思路与解决方案。

岗位要求：

1. 5年以上Java后台研发经验，有大型互联网产品开发经验者优先；

2. 有DDD领域驱动设计经验者优先；

3. 精通Java语言，熟悉和掌握开源组件原理和机制，如spring boot、spring、Dubbo Mybatis、Redis、MQ等；

4. 深入理解JVM，熟悉IO、多线程、集合等基础框架，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息等机制；

5. 具备优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行抽象和拆分，善于发现系统设计腐化点，并有改进建议；

6. 具备较强抽象能力，善于从众多业务需求中抽象出具有高度可扩展性的平台架构模型并落地；

7. 有高度责任心和主动性，善于沟通，积极乐观，抗压能力强；

8. 热爱技术，对技术有充分好奇心，关注业界技术动态。
