岗位职责：
1. 负责 AI 技术在去哪儿各项业务场景的创新应用研究与落地。
2. 负责 AI 应用系统的设计与开发，包括但不限于 AI Agent、RAG（检索增强生成）类型的系统等。
3. 与产品、业务及其他工程团队紧密合作，理解需求，将前沿 AI 技术转化为有价值的业务解决方案。
4. 跟踪 AI 领域（尤其是大模型、生成式 AI）的*新进展，进行技术预研，推动团队技术创新。
5. 参与构建高效、稳定、可扩展的AI工程架构。

任职要求：
1. 计算机、软件工程、人工智能相关专业，本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网行业开发经验；
2. 具备扎实的编程基础，熟练掌握 Python 或 Java 等至少一种主流编程语言，熟悉常用的数据结构和算法；
3. 具备基本的LLM（大语言模型）、AIGC（生成式AI）知识，有文本、语音语义交互或多模态交互产品的开发经验；
4. 具备 AI 应用项目的设计、开发和落地经验，了解模型部署、优化流程, 熟练应用dify；
5. 具备优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，能够独立思考，勇于探索未知领域，有强烈的成就动机和内驱力；
6. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，积极主动，责任心强。

加分项：
1. 有 RAG 系统、AI Agent 或复杂对话系统开发经验者优先。
2. 熟悉向量数据库、分布式计算（如 Spark, Flink）等相关技术者优先。
3. 在旅行、电商、广告或相关互联网领域有 AI 应用经验者优先。
4. 有大型复杂系统设计和开发经验者优先。
