1.Java基础扎实，熟悉JDK源码，掌握实现原理(包括JVM、类装载机制、集合、多线程并发、IO)和应用经验
2.良好的面向对象设计理解，熟悉面向对象设计原则，掌握设计模式及应用场景
3.熟悉并掌握SSM框架，了解微服务，中间件常见问题的解决方案
4.局部代码优化，掌握基本的SQL调优以及常规的性能优化手段
6.有agent落地经验；
7.熟悉 LangEngine、SpringAi、 Diffy等开源框架或者同类型框架
岗位职责
1.参与国际快递物流实操系统相关研发
2.能够积极适应新的ai知识，不局限于现有的agent的框架体系。持续对大模型相关技术保持敏感。
