岗位职责
1. 深度对接生产、采购、供应链、行政等业务部门，负责业财融合，打通财务与业务数据链路。
2. 搭建并落地公司财务内控体系，涵盖采购付款、费用报销、存货资产、合同审批、往来对账等全流程风险管控，排查流程漏洞、输出整改优化方案。
3. 负责经营数据分析、费用管控、预算执行跟进，定期输出经营分析报表，识别成本浪费、费用异常、物料呆滞等问题，提供降本增效建议。
4. 规范业务单据流转、台账管理、单据审核，确保业务合规、账务真实、全程留痕，配合内审、稽核及外部检查。
5. 解答业务部门财务疑问，平衡内控合规与业务效率，优化审批流程、完善财务制度。
6. 参与存货盘点、固定资产管理、采购价格复核、损耗管控，防范资金、资产及舞弊风险。
任职要求
1. 5年以上制造/工厂行业财务经验，必须有财务BP/业务财务/内控相关经验。
2. 熟悉制造业业务流程：采购、入库、生产领料、库存、委外、供应链逻辑，深入理解业务运作模式。
3. 精通财务内控管理，熟悉付款、报销、采购、存货、合同全流程风控要点，有流程优化、问题整改落地经验。
4. 熟练Excel函数、透视表、数据分析，会ERP/金蝶/用友，能独立搭建业务台账与分析报表。
5. 沟通协调能力强，原则性强，逻辑清晰，既能守住财务红线，又能赋能业务。
6. 财会相关专业，持有初级/中级证书优先。
