岗位职责：
1.全面负责电镀化验室日常运营管理，以及制定的标准是否有效有执行；
2.督导分析员按要求、按标准作业，指出并改正分析员工作中的错误；
3.负责药水外送杂质分析；
4.负责金槽数据异常分析，以及金槽日常维护，药水添加；
5.制定药水维护保养计划并严格按计划执行；
6.负责本部门系统文件更新、落实与维护；
7.协助产线处理非常规品质异常；
8.负责各线药水的成本控制；
9.负责新项目药水工艺开发；

任职要求：
1、年龄18-45岁，大专以上学历；
2、熟悉连续镀常规电镀工艺（金、镍、锡等）；
3、对药水异常、品质异常有较强的分析、判断能力；
4、具备较强的化学安全操作，以及日常管理与改善能力
5、具备较强成本意识，及制程异常分析，熟悉成本报价
6、有5年以上相关工作经验
