岗位职责：
1.负责运营中心日常基础运营工作，包括员工入职、离职、合同档案管理等流程办理，快速学习掌握流程规范，有效把控流程风险。
2.负责供应商对接，参与服务方案的制定，有效监控服务质量。
3.参与HR信息化建设，HR系统需求收集和流程优化，HR服务号日常运营。
4.参与公司政策的更新，能够根据国家政策和业务需求，定期更新维护公司政策。
5.负责日常运营数据处理，定期输出运营报表。
6.独立完成员工服务，解决员工问题，能够主动思考，不断提升员工体验。
7.领导交办的其他事宜。
职位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，人力资源、心理学和法律相关专业优先。
2.1年左右HR从业经验或优秀的应届毕业生，有互联网员工关系或SSC工作背景优先。
3.了解国家各项人事、劳动管理条例、法规、制度，了解劳动法律法规在企业中的运用。
4.学习能力较强，工作积极主动，条理性强，有较好的时间意识和团队合作意识，优秀的沟通能力和抗压性，有一定文字功底尤佳。
