【岗位职责】
1、负责制造型企业 WMS（仓储管理）/MES（制造执行）系统的需求调研、蓝图设计、系统配置及上线实施。
2、负责系统数据库的日常维护、数据迁移、报表开发及复杂问题排查（熟练使用 SQL 进行增删改查与性能分析）。
3、深入客户现场，梳理并优化制造业核心业务流程（如收发货、盘点、生产领退料、工序报工、BOM 管理、质量追溯等），输出标准化解决方案。
4、组织关键用户培训，编写操作手册、实施文档及验收报告，推动系统顺利上线与签收。
5、管控项目范围、进度与风险，协调研发团队与客户资源，保障交付质量与客户满意度。
【任职要求】
1、核心经验： 3 年以上 WMS/MES 实施经验，至少完整参与过 2 个制造业项目的从 0 到 1 上线交付。
2、数据库能力：精通 SQL 语言（MySQL / SQL Server /acle 等），能熟练编写复杂查询、视图、存储过程，具备基础数据库设计能力。
3、行业认知：熟悉离散制造/流程制造的业务运作模式，了解 ERP / WMS / MES / 底层设备（PLC）等系统的集成边界与数据流向。
4、实施能力：具备独立主导需求调研、方案设计的能力，能快速定位现场业务痛点并提供系统级解决方案。
5、其他要求：逻辑清晰、沟通表达强，持 PMP / 软考中高级证书者优先；能适应项目实施期的短期出差。
