岗位职责：
1.架构设计与选型：负责公司核心业务系统的后端架构设计、核心代码编写及系统优化，确保系统具备高可用、高并发、可扩展性。
2.大模型业务落地：负责大模型（LLM）在业务场景下的落地研究与实践。包括但不限于：RAG（检索增强生成）系统搭建、Agent（智能体）开发、Prompt（提示词）优化及模型能力接入。
3.技术攻关：解决现有系统在业务增长过程中遇到的性能瓶颈、技术难题，并对AI应用过程中的响应速度、准确率进行技术攻关。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上Java开发经验，且有1年以上技术团队领导或核心架构经验。
2. 精通Java核心底层（JVM调优、多线程、并发框架），熟练掌握Spring Cloud Alibaba、SpringBoot、MyBatis等主流微服务架构。
3. 精通分布式系统设计，熟悉Redis、RabbitMQ/RocketMQ、Dubbo、gRPC等中间件的调优与高可用方案。
4. 精通MySQL/PostgreSQL，具备深厚的分库分表、SQL调优及复杂数据建模经验；精通Redis、RabbitMQ/Kafka等中间件在复杂场景下的应用。
5. 具备处理高并发、高可用系统的实战经验，对服务治理、熔断降级、分布式事务有深入理解。
