岗位职责：
1、根据电芯产品、整车产品需求，对BMS软件需求分析并制定BMS软件架构方案。
2、负责上下电状态管理、故障诊断、充电管理、SOX、热管理等应用层软件开发、Mi测试；
3、负责对开发的BMS系统进行软件功能、性能及Pack进行测试；
4、负责处理在BMS在集成过程中实际问题，确保软硬件系统到Pack的集成。
任职要求：
1、5年以上BMS软件开发经验，熟练使用C语言、matlab/simulink建模、仿真、代码生成、Mil测试等；
2、熟悉LFP、NCM电芯特性及常用电池模型，了解SOX核心算法；
3、熟悉BMS系统功能、控制策略，并进行BMS软件架构设计；
4、熟练使用CANoe、CANape、PCAN、INCA等CAN数据分析工具；
5、熟练使用电池系统测试工具及设备，对设计的BMS功能性能进行测试；
6、具有较强的学习能力和创新意识，能够快速掌握新技术和工具。
