Responsible fcustomer complaints, quality control improvements, new product developments of automotive products.
负责汽车类产品的客户投诉处理、质量控制与改进，以及新产品开发相关工作。

Job Responsibilities: 岗位职责：
1. To monitcustomer complaint handling system in automotive safety parts, including complaints feedback, complaints follow-up, stock check std. review, communication with oversea customer.
负责监控汽车及安全部件领域的客户投诉处理系统，包括投诉反馈、投诉跟进、库存检查与标准复审，以及与海外客户的沟通。
2. To ensure corrective actions was executed check the effectiveness. 确保纠正措施得到执行并验证其有效性。
3. To provide technical support fautomotive business.
为汽车业务提供技术支持。
4. To ensure customer special requests is followed updated.
确保客户的特殊要求得到跟进与更新。
5. To ensure automotive customer required documents such as PPAP,APQP submit on time.
确保按时提交客户要求的文件，如PPAP（生产件批准程序）、APQP（产品质量先期策划）等。
6. To verify YSC other changes followed process meet customer requirements. 验证YSC及其他变更遵循流程并满足客户要求。
7. To work with NPD team fnew products set up the spec SAP QM related.
与新产品开发团队合作，参与新产品开发，制定规格要求，并建立SAP QM相关系统。system.
8. Other work task assigned by manager.
完成上级经理交办的其他工作任务。

Requirements任职要求：:
1. College degree above.
大专或以上学历。
2. At least 5 years of manufactory experience in textile industry related to automotive.
至少5年纺织行业汽车领域相关制造经验。
3. Familiar with ISO/TS16949, including APQP, PPAP, internal auditing etc. 熟悉ISO/TS16949质量管理体系，包括APQP、PPAP、内部审核等。
4. Excellent communication skill, good inal written English. 优秀的沟通能力，良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。
5. Pass FM 100 Hue test.
能通过FM 100 Hue 色觉测试。
6. Good at data analysis.
擅长数据分析。
