任职资格：
1、3-5年以上Java开发经验，有多线程、Python、GO、beetlsql、消息系统开发经验者优先；
2、精通Java及面向对象设计开发，对Java技术有深入研究，研究过优秀开源软件的源码并有心得者优先；
3、熟悉常见设计模式，精通 Spring、Hiberante、 IBatis等流行开源框架等;
4、熟悉acle、MySQL等关系型数据库应用开发，会编写较复杂的sql语句，有一定的sql调优经验；
5、熟悉基于服务的远程调用技术，如WebService等；
6、有良好的编码习惯和技术文档编写能力；具有很强的沟通、组织和协调能力；
7、能够承受较强的工作压力和强度，有极强的工作责任心。
