【岗位职责】
1、主导核心重点岗位的招聘工作，推动业务板块的人才梯队建设与培养，定期做好人才招募进度汇报；
2、建立有效的沟通机制、尊重员工权益、减少冲突，以确保企业内部环境和谐稳定，构建员工申诉及劳动争议管理体系；
3、完善培训体系，建立培训考核机制，并使之与绩效、晋升挂钩；
4、统筹集团人力资源战略规划，制定符合医疗器械行业特性的人力资源政策与制度；
5、监督集团人力资源预算执行，控制人力成本并提升组织效能。

【任职要求】
1. 全日制统招本科及以上学历，5年以上人力资源全模块管理经验；
2.1 具备医疗器械或生物医药行业经验，熟悉行业法规及人才特点；
2.2 或者具备跨境电商行业经验，擅长跨境电商人员配置；
3. 擅长定向挖猎和薪酬谈判；
4. 持有高级人力资源管理师证书者优先。
5.可接受事务性工作。

【特殊说明】
1-该岗位一定要强招聘（亲自招聘），招聘达成率占岗位考核70%权重。
2-行业经验为必备条件：医疗器械行业或跨境电商行业，符合其一即可。
3-本岗位工作地点在龙华茜坑地铁站附近，周一至周五8:30-12:00；13:30-18:00，周末双休。（该岗位需要考勤）
4-本公司试用期6个月，不提供食宿。
5-本公司对学历有要求，*学历须符合全日制统招本科及以上。
