岗位要求:
1、全面负责对口业务部门的HRBP全流程工作，深度联动业务，提供专业化人力资源支持与解决方案。
2、搭建并动态维护行业及内部人才库，持续追踪行业人才趋势与流动动态，高效响应业务部门紧急用人需求，保障关键岗位人才储备及时到位。
3、主导员工关系体系建设与维护，定期开展员工访谈，精准洞察员工工作状态与核心需求，快速响应并解决员工诉求，提升团队凝聚力与归属感。
4、负责员工投诉处理与劳动纠纷协调，严格依据法律法规及公司制度，平衡员工合法权益与公司利益，维护企业和谐稳定的用工环境。 5、负责人力资源相关数据的收集、清洗与整合分析，形成可视化数据报告，为业务部门人力资源决策提供客观、精准的数据支撑。
6、基于数据洞察，识别人力资源管理中的潜在问题与风险点，主动输出针对性改进建议与落地解决方案，推动部门及公司人力资源管理体系的优化升级。
任职要求:
1、学历要求:统招本科，人力资源管理、企业管理、心理学等相关专业优先。
2、技能要求:
1)招聘与人才管理技能:具备较好的招聘技巧，能够精准把握岗位需求，吸引和选拔优秀人才。熟悉人才库建设和管理，能有效进行人才储备和调配。
2)沟通与协调技能:具备良好的沟通能力和协调能力，能够与业务部门负责人和员工建立良好的合作关系，有效传达人力资源政策和信息，协调方资源解决问题。
3)问题解决与决策能力:能够快速识别人力资源管理中的问题和潜在风险，提出合理的解决方案，并在必要时做出决策。
4)数据分析技能:熟练掌握数据分析方法和工具，如Excel、SPSS等，能够收集、整理和分析各类人力资源数据，为决策提供有力支持。
3、素质要求:
情绪稳定、正直、诚实、有团队合作意识、热爱人力资源工作，对待工作有敬畏之心。
