【关键能力要求】
1、工作经历：
1）DSP/FEC相关算法设计经验，参与过频相恢复、自适应均衡、色散补偿、光纤信道建模、软判FEC等算法设计的优先；
2）参与过至少一个完整ASIC项目；
2、技能要求：
1) 具有良好的文档编写能力；
2) 熟练使用Matlab进行算法建模、浮点/定点仿真；
3）精通C/C++或Python；
