岗位职责：
1. 负责HPLC低压电力载波通信芯片的架构设计、模块划分（模拟前端AFE、数字基带、调制解调等），基于OFDM等主流调制技术完成核心功能开发；
2. 深入研究PLC链路层、物理层技术，提升通信速率、抗干扰能力；研究新一代电力载波物理层技术。
3.开展芯片逻辑设计及仿真验证环境搭建。
4. 开展芯片仿真验证（功能、时序、功耗），使用仿真工具完成模块级与系统级验证，排查设计缺陷.
5. 配合流片厂商完成芯片流片、测试及问题定位，推动芯片性能迭代；
6. 协同模组、应用团队，提供芯片技术支持，解决芯片应用过程中的芯片级技术难题。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，微电子、电子工程、通信工程等相关专业，硕士学历优先
2.3-5年及以上低压电力载波HPLC芯片开发经验；
3. 深入理解低压电力线载波通信原理，熟悉HPLC物理层技术，了解OFDM、BPSK、QPSK等调制解调技术。

技能要求：
1）熟悉芯片设计相关流程
2）具有方案文档编写能力
3) 熟练掌握verilog语言
4）熟练使用芯片设计相关EDA软件，如spyglass/vcs/verdi/dc等
5）熟练掌握至少一种脚本语言，如python/perl/tcl；
2. 业务能力：
具备低压电力载波物理通信芯片级设计能力，精通电力线载波传输前端/后端技术，同时具备HRF无线通信芯片设计及集成能力。
