1、深入理解业务需求和应用场景，运用机器学习或人工智能算法建立数据挖掘模型，独立完成数据提取、数据清洗、特征工程、模型训练等工作；
2、负责数据挖掘模型的推广应用，建立模型的评估体系，持续跟踪模型的实施效果，优化模型算法和分析策略，不断提升模型的准确性和有效性；
3、对海量业务数据进行深入分析与洞察，运用数据挖掘方法分析数据特征，提炼和发现业务规律，撰写数据分析报告；
4、负责相关数据挖掘算法的知识产权输出，包括专利、论文等，提升公司大数据方向的行业影响力。
岗位要求：
1、硕士及以上学历，3-5年相关工作经验；
2、精通常见的机器学习算法（如SVM、GBDT、XGBoost等），熟悉深度学习理论，精通至少一种深度学习框架（tensorflow/keras/pytorch），有较强的算法分析和实现能力；
3、具备扎实的数据结构、算法和开发能力，熟练掌握Python编程语言；
4、具备数仓建模、数据治理设计与开发经验；
5、具有良好的学习能力、沟通能力、团队合作意识；强烈的责任心与主动性，对所负责工作有owner意识，有创业精神。
