2、企业安全架构设计：负责集团整体安全架构规划，主导各业务板块（多机房、多网络）的安全体系建设，构建统一的安全策略、标准与管控模型。
3、安全整合与管理：推动跨板块的安全能力融合（网络隔离、身份认证、威胁监测、数据防护等），搭建集中化安全运营体系，统筹日常运维与安全应急响应工作。
4、安全治理与合规：牵头编制安全管理制度、技术规范，统筹风险评估、漏洞治理、安全审计等工作，落实合规要求，保障集团整体安全态势稳定可控。
5、数字化转型安全支撑：紧跟集团数字化发展节奏，针对云平台、业务中台等场景设计专项安全方案，全方位守护数字化转型中的业务与数据安全。
6、AI安全实践：具备AI安全经验，能够识别并防范大模型、数据算法、AI应用产生的安全风险（对抗攻击、数据投毒、隐私泄露等），推动AI赋能安全运营。
任职要求：
1.专业背景：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息安全、通信工程、网络工程等相关专业。
2.工作履历：拥有大厂从业经历，具备5-7年以上网络安全一线技术实战经验，后续转型安全管理岗位，拥有2年及以上部门管理经验，有大型集团、多分支机构安全体系搭建及落地完整案例。
3.专业能力：精通企业安全架构设计，熟悉网络安全域、身份访问控制、数据防泄露、安全监测响应等全领域技术，可独立完成多机房、多网络环境下整体安全整合方案。
4.合规与管理能力：熟练掌握等保2.0、ISO 27001等主流安全标准及安全治理流程，具备较强执行力，可推动安全制度、策略在各业务板块落地执行。
5.专项经验：具备企业数字化转型安全支撑实战经验；熟悉AI全场景安全风险，了解模型防护、对抗攻击、数据安全等相关技术，有AI安全实践或研究背景者优先。
6.综合素养：优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，可合理平衡安全管控与业务运转效率；持有国内外权威安全认证证书者优先。
