岗位职责：
1、按主管要求完成商品上架、信息优化（标题、详情页、价格）及库存更新，确保商品信息准确无误；
2、日常处理平台订单，包括订单确认、发货信息录入、物流跟踪，确保订单履约时效；
3、按主管制定的维度（日 / 周 / 月）统计店铺核心数据（流量、销量、转化率、客单价），形成基础数据报表。整理竞品基础信息（价格、促销活动），协助完成竞品分析基础资料收集；
4、协助主管完成平台促销活动报名（提报商品、填写活动信息），准备活动所需素材（基础图、文案）。活动期间监控商品库存、销量变化，及时同步数据给主管，配合调整活动策略；
5、对接仓储、物流部门，同步订单发货需求，跟进发货异常订单处理进度。配合市场、设计部门，提供商品基础信息、客户反馈，支撑营销素材制作与推广执行。
任职要求：
1、熟悉 Shopee、Tiktok、Lazada 等东南亚电商平台运营操作，1 年及以上电商平台运营经验，有东南亚以上电商平台经验者优先；
2、具备基础的数据统计能力，能熟练使用 Excel；
3、具备基础的外语沟通能力（印尼语 / 马来语 / 英语任一，能处理简单客户咨询）。
