5、比较精确地监控和预测现金流量，确定和监控公司负债和资本的合理结构，统筹管理和运作公司资金并对其进行有效的风险控制；
6、对公司重大的投资、融资、并购等经营活动提供建议和决策支持，参与风险评估、指导、跟踪和控制；
7、与财政、税务、银行、证券等相关政府部门及会计师事务所等相关中介机构建立并保持良好的关系；
8、向上级主管汇报公司经营状况、经营成果、财务收支及计划的具体情况，为集团高级管理人员提供财务分析，提出有益的建议。
任职资格：
1、财务类相关专业，统招本科以上学历；英语六级以上；
2、至少具备中级职称；有注会及注册税务师优先考虑
3、5年以上生产制造企业成本管理经验；
4、熟练操作计算机办公软件及财务申报软件，精通国家财务政策、会计法规，税务法税收政策和实务，熟悉国家、地方各项税收政策，具有办税经验；
5、较强的沟通协调能力，分析判断能力、组织领导能力及人才培养能力；
