岗位职责
1.
建立公司精益运营系统‌，包括效率管控、精益改善、日常化管理及人才育成四大体系，服务生产并推动降本。
2.
精益生产项目统筹，制定精益生产管理规划及年度实施计划，建立项目推进机制。
3. 主导精益生产的持续改进，提出优化生产工艺流程，监督、检查各部门精益生产推行的情况，提升生产效率，降低生产成本；
4. 跨部门协同与落地：协同生产、设备等部门，推动精益生产体系在各部门落地执行，协调解决跨部门协同中的问题。
5.团队协同与意识培养：开展精益生产培训，培养全员精益意识与实操能力，推动形成持续改善的精益文化。
6. 专项事务协助：传递总裁决策意图，跟踪决策落地情况，反馈执行效果，同时具备生产经营全局思维。
任职要求：
1.985/211本科及以上学历，机械、机电等专业优先；
2.三年以上专职生产制造业精益生产项目推行及管理经验，有日资企业相关工作经验优先;
3.具备生产数据统计、经营分析、指标驱动管理的能力。
4.英语：CET六级以上优先，能作为工作语言。
