工作职责： 1、负责针对新项目减速机的技术支持、商务随行、技术谈判； 2、负责收集、整理、提供需要的公司新产品减速机应用技术资料，市场、政策、行业发展趋势等相关信息资料； 3、负责在公司战略方向的指引下，攻克减速机新专项技术、新研究课题、新工艺研发等； 4、能针对于公司所经营的业务领域和行业动态进行调研、分析，整理成报告及数据报表呈报给技术研发副总； 5、能独立负责完成公司交办的减速机新项目，包括项目前期技术设计、选型、技术谈判、合同签订、图纸审核、样机调试、批量生产等； 6、及时汇报进度和结果； 7、完成交办的其他任务。任职条件 1、本科及以上学历，机械设计等相关专业，7年以上机械行业工作经验，有减速机独立设计研发工作经验优先，有同行业总工工作经验者优先； 2、工作作风严谨,思路清晰，办事机敏，领悟学习能力强，善于沟通、语言表达能力强； 3、具有良好的个人品质和综合素养，亲和力强，责任心强； 4、具有团队管理者优先考虑； 5、熟练使用Office办公软件（PPT、Excel、Word等）和制图（CAD/三维……）软件职位福利：高温补贴、周末双休、节日福利、五险一金、厂内食堂
