1、根据公司的发展战略和规划，制定来料和生产、成品及设备工装等管理目标及规划，拟订并推进实施；负责品质体系的维护与改善，应对内外部审核，提高公司各部门的品质意识。
2.根据公司品质要求负责来料检验工作的运行，配合采购部门定期对公司的供方进行品质评鉴并持续推动供方的品质改进。
3.重点管控产品制程状况，及时发现问题、主导异常的改善与产品良率的提升，配合生产部门和研发部门对产品设计和生产工艺流程进行完善。
4.负责制定产品物料检验标准，检验规范，参与标准作业指导书的修订
5.检验现场管理：根据收货计划，协调、安排IQC检验员的检验任务，针对进度或检验任务异常问题进行协调处理，并跟踪到底，确保来料检验工作的顺利进行；
6.负责定期组织对关键原材料、成品、新工艺、新技术进行鉴定,确保产品质量稳定可靠；
7.负责处理客诉，主导品质会议检讨，并制定改善报告回复客户；
8.负责设计变更、产品质量改进措施执行情况的稽查，并输出稽查报告；
9.对客户反馈、投诉等数据进行统计分析，并提出改进的意见和建议；
10.其他领导交代的品质相关的工作。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，电子、电器、材料、机械等相关专业优先；
2、五年以上品质或生产相关工作，熟悉电子、电器产品的品质检测标准、检测方法、质量分析；能熟练处理及回复客户投诉报告、品质异常分析及改善追踪、制定产品品质提高与改进方案。
3、熟悉电子、电器、五金、注塑、冲压、压铸等工艺及质量标准，熟悉常见测量工具的使用
