岗位职责

1. 负责数据中心、智能化领域采购全流程管理，涵盖服务器、交换机、存储、安全、空调、UPS、机柜、综合布线、安防监控、会议系统等软硬件物资，把控采购计划、供应商寻源、投标及交付议价谈判、合同签订、交付跟进及售后对接全环节。

2. 搭建并优化供应商体系，拓展优质供应商资源，建立供应商评估与分级机制，定期开展供应商考核，保障供应链稳定性与性价比。

3. 结合公司项目需求制定采购预算，严格控制采购成本，做好成本分析与优化，确保采购工作符合公司财务制度及项目进度要求。

4. 对接售前、售后、财务等部门，同步采购需求与进度，解决采购过程中的技术匹配、交付延迟、质量异议等问题，保障项目顺利推进。

5. 完善采购管理制度与流程，规范采购台账、合同、单据等资料管理，做好采购数据统计与分析，为公司决策提供数据支持。

6. 关注数据中心及智能化行业物资价格走势、技术迭代及供应链动态，及时调整采购策略，规避供应链风险。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，采购管理、供应链管理、机电工程、计算机相关专业优先，3年及以上数据中心/智能化行业采购相关工作经验，有同行业主管岗位经验者优先。

2. 熟悉数据中心基础设施（IDC）、智能化工程（安防、弱电、楼宇自控等）相关物资品类、技术参数及行业标准，能独立完成物资选型与技术对接。

3. 具备丰富的供应商资源，擅长供应商寻源、议价谈判及关系维护，有服务器、网络设备、存储、空调、UPS等机房配套设备优质供应商资源者优先。

4. 掌握采购全流程管理技巧，具备较强的成本控制、预算管理及风险预判能力，能高效推进项目采购落地。

5. 具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力、问题解决能力，工作严谨负责，抗压能力强，有较强的团队管理与统筹规划能力。

6. 熟悉采购及税务相关法律法规，熟练使用办公软件，具备基本的数据分析能力。
