工作职责:
1、负责电商平台开发进度和质量的全过程管理。包括项目进度、时间节点把控、资源协调、风险识别及规避、问题的协调和解决，确保开发进度按时交付；
2、负责组织和管理项目需求分析、系统设计和评审，制定项目开发计划，并根据实际情况对项目进度进行跟踪和把控；
3、负责项目开发中的bug、风险以及测试管理，协调内部虚拟团队以及开发供应商跟进bug、测试等技术相关工作，使项目开发处于受控状态；
4、与平台内外部相关成员进行沟通，有效地解决可能出现的各种问题，并根据项目开发的实际情况，及时与协作部门沟通.协调；
5、按照项目开发过程管理流程，严格控制把关各个环节，提供相关文档，确保过程规范.提升项目开发质量；
6、定期组织项目开发验收，确保项目顺利通过验收过程，总结项目开发经验和教训并归档；
7、负责核心代码的编写和检查，项目研发代码标准化、制度化；
8、负责电商平台正式上线后的技术运维工作，协调IT等协作部门，实施基础设施管理、故障应急响应、运维自动化、系统集成、数据及权限管理、平台监控与预警管理、风险防御等基本运维工作；
9、其他项目团队指派的技术项目与运维管理相关工作。

任职资格:
1、本科以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；
2、有项目管理、运营及技术维护经验，2年以上Java前后端开发经验；有电商平台工作经验，熟悉电子商务项目与运营的各个环节优先；
2、有一定的组织管理及项目协调能力，有强烈的责任感和团队合作精神；
3、有较好的沟通表达能力和沟通技巧，做事积极、主动，有较强的执行力；
4、有较强的应变能力，抗压能力强。
