岗位职责：
1.参与政务系统后端服务的方案设计、核心功能开发与单元测试，协助完成系统部署与维护，共同保障服务稳定与数据安全。
2.基于Spring Cloud（包括但不限于Spring Cloud Alibaba）等微服务框架进行业务功能开发，了解并应用服务治理、网关等核心组件。
3.熟练使用Redis、RocketMQ/Kafka、Elasticsearch等主流中间件，支持业务功能实现，并参与性能优化工作。
4.参与数据库（MySQL/达梦等）表结构设计，完成业务SQL编写与基础优化，并协助处理数据相关问题。
5.团队协作与项目支持：与产品、前端、测试等团队成员协作，推动后端任务顺利完成；编写相关开发文档，并参与系统运维支持。
任职要求
必要条件：
1.学历与经验：统招大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业；具备3年及以上Java后端开发经验。有政务、央企、大型ToB或ToG系统开发经验者优先。
技术基础：
1.具备扎实的Java基础，熟悉常用数据结构与并发编程。
2.熟练掌握Spring Boot框架，对Spring Cloud微服务架构有实际项目应用或深入了解，愿意在此方向持续发展。
3.熟悉MySQL/达梦等至少一种数据库，能进行常规的SQL编写与优化。
具有Redis、RocketMQ/Kafka、Elasticsearch等中间件的使用经验，并愿意学习其他相关技术。
4.工程能力：熟练使用Git等开发工具，具备良好的代码规范意识，能够编写清晰的技术文档。
5.个人素质：逻辑清晰，具备良好的团队沟通能力和责任心，能够适应政务项目的工作节奏与规范要求。
