岗位职责：

1、在整个项目生命周期过程中，维护软件程序，根据相关规范处理各

种程序变更，修复后续测试中发现的任何程序缺陷，确保软件程序符合

系统设计要求；

2、组织相关人员进行代码走读和单元测试，对发现的问题及时与系统

设计及其他相关人员协商解决，并及时将走读及编译和单元测试通过的

软件代码纳入配置管理；

3、进行所负责项目或任务的软件程序开发和单元测试，形成规范化的

软件代码和单元测试文档；

4、进行所应用程序开发语言、相关开发及单元测试工具及程序开发/单

元测试技能技巧的研究和引进推广；

5、参与或审核应用系统架构设计；

6、参与企业系统架构（ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE)的设计及推广

工作；

7、参与解决各类疑难技术问题；

8、公共模块和系统原型的设计、开发；

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上工作经验；

2、Java技术基础扎实，熟悉多线程，对jvm原理有一定了解；

3、熟练使用springmvc，mybatis等java技术和http，restful等接口技

术；

4、熟悉oracle，mysql数据库，熟练使用plsql，对sql优化有一定的

经验；

5、思维严谨，工作主动，责任心强，具有良好的沟通、协作能力

和团队合作意识。
