3、协助宴会销售经理/主任草拟宴会建议书。
4、拟定合同，并负责执行合同的签署和收发流程。
5、准备宴会通知单，并分发到相关部门。
6、宴会当天现场待命，以处理紧急变更事宜。
7、与相关部门紧密协调，处理宴会细节或临时变更事宜。
8、收集客户反馈，汇总报告，并提交致宴会销售经理。
9、任何特殊事件需向宴会销售经理汇报并征得认可
10、客户的任何特殊要求需向宴会销售经理汇报。
11、出席每日宴会销售部会议，需要时参加协调会议。
12、每月更新客户名单。
13、执行宴会销售经理分派的其它任务。
14、具体负责宴会客户档案管理工作。
15、做好办公室的日常工作。
岗位要求
1、工作经验：可接受应届毕业生，1年及以上高星级酒店相应岗位工作经验优先。
2、语言能力：普通话流利、书面英语熟练。
3、业务素质：熟悉部门运作及团队接待流程，擅长office办公软件及文档管理，具有良好的组织协调能力和沟通技巧，工作有条理、有责任心，执行力强。
