职位描述：
1. 基于Unity3d引擎，带领团队进行虚拟仿真项目的核心模块开发，负责AR、VR项目核心架构的搭建以及技术攻关；
2. 负责制定开发规范及流程，配合产品制定技术实现方案；能为美术制作提供技术支持及规范；
3. 负责与业务及美术部门的沟通与对接，制定开发团队的工作计划、保障项目进度；
4. 负责项目内开发人员的工作分配、工作质量把控、评估、培训及团队技术提升工作，按照项目设计要求，配合团队成员对程序进行调试修改、优化、完善；
5. 负责系统框架设计，解决工作中碰到的技术问题，对新技术进行预研。
岗位要求：
1.统招本科及以上学历，熟练掌握C#和Unity3D开发，计算机与软件工程相关专业毕业优先；
2.5年及以上Unity3d开发经验，完整带领过技术团队，主导完成至少一款项目从立项到开发，*后上线的全过程，有丰富的技术团队管理经验；
3.熟悉面向对象分析、设计和开发；
4.熟悉3D渲染、贴图、光照、材质、粒子、地形、后期处理等，熟悉max、maya等三维软件者优先；
5.熟悉OpenGL编程优先；
6.对新技术有兴趣,有较强的合作沟通能力。
